The SKY66001-11 from Skyworks is a linear Power Amplifier developed for WCDMA applications from 2100 to 2200 MHz. It meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with higher PAE. It has an integrated directional coupler that eliminates the need for any external couplers. The amplifier has a small gain of 28.6 dB, an ALCR of 19 dBm at Pout and matched to 50 Ohms internally. It requires a supply of 3.3 to 4.6 V and is packaged in a 10-pin, 3 x 3 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM).
