The SKY66008-11 is a linear Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 900 to 990 MHz. It provides 19 dBm of linear power and has a small signal gain of 29 dB. The amplifier meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with a high power-added efficiency. An integrated directional coupler eliminates the need for any external coupler.It requires a supply voltage from 3.3 V to 4.6 V and is available in 10-pin, 3 x 3 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM).
