The SKY66184-11 from Skyworks is a power amplifier that operates from 2110 to 2170 MHz. This fully matched Power amplifier has bee designed for FDD 3G/4G LTE small cell base stations. It has an active biasing circuitry integrated to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation as well as an internal coupler for power monitoring. The amplifier has a high signal gain of 39 dB, high linearity for WCDMA applications. It has a PA on/off function with a 2.5 micro second switching time. This compact 5 x 5 mm power amplifier is available in a 28 pin package and is internally matched to 50 ohms.
