The SKY66288-11 is a power amplifier that operates from 5150 to 5925 MHz with high gain and linearity. It has been developed for the unlicensed spectrum of LTE-advanced and can be used in small cell base stations, active antenna arrays and for massive MIMO applications. The PA provides up to 4 watts of power and requires a single supply voltage of 5 V. It is available in a compact 16-pin, 5 x 5 x 1.3 mm package and is pin-to-pin compatible with Skyworks PA family supporting all 3GPP bands.
