The SKY66296-11 is a high-efficiency power amplifier for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE base stations operating from 700 to 800 MHz. The PA has active biasing circuitry integrated to compensate for performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation. It provides up to 4 watts of output power with a gain of up to 35 dB. It requires a single supply voltage of 5 V and is available in a compact 5 x 5 mm package.
