The SKY66520-11 from Skyworks is a Power Amplifier that operates from 3300 to 3800 MHz. It provides an output power of 30 dBm (1 W) with high gain, efficiency, and linearity. It has an integrated active bias to compensate for performance over temperature, voltage, & process variation and an enable ON/OFF function. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 5/12 V. It is available in an MCM package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.3 mm and is ideal for 5G NR and 4G LTE enterprise small cell, driver amplifier for micro base stations & macro base stations, and 5G massive MIMO driver applications.
