The SKY67015-396LF is GaAs, pHEMT low current low noise amplifier (LNA) with an active bias and on-die stability structures enabling simple external matching. It has been developed for ISM Band and AHF Wireless Application in 30 to 300 MHz range. It is packaged in a compact 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm DFN (Dual Flat) package and operates on a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5 V while drawing 5 to 20 ma of current. The SKY67015-396LF has an gain of up to 18.5 dB and a noise figure below 1 dB, P1dB of 12 dBm and IIP3 of 16 dBm.
