The SKY67021-396LF from Skyworks is a 0.6-1.2 GHz High Linearity, Active Bias Low-Noise Amplifier. It provides up to 21.7 dBm of power(P1dB), a gain of 18.5, a noise figure of 0.75 dB and requires a 5 V supply. The device offers the user the ability to externally adjust supply current and power down the device with an integrated enable/disable circuit. The LNA is available in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin dual flat no-lead (DFN) package. It is ideal for cellular infrastructure (GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA) and other applications that require high linearity in this frequency range.
