The SKY67110-396LF is a high linearlty GaAs pHEMT Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 300 to 700 MHz with an active bias and on-die stability structures that enable simple external matching. This LNA has a gain of 21 dB and a noise figure of 0.65 dB, it has a P1dB of 21 dBm and an IP3 of 37 dBm. The LNA is manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat (DFN) package and is ideal for UHF, 433 MHz ISM Band and Low Band Cellular receiver applications such as TETRA, RFID, Land Mobile Radio and 4G and LTE.
