The SKY67111-396LF is a GaAs, pHEMT low noise amplifier (LNA) which operates from 0.7 to 1.2 GHz with an active bias structure and a high OIP3 of 39 dBm. This LNA is has a return loss of 18 dB, Gain of 20 dB and a noise figure of under 0.5 dB. The active bias feature of this LNA provides stable RF performance over temperature and process variations. The gain and supply current can be adjusted externally by the user. The LNA is manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) Skyworks Green package. The target market for this device is wireless infrastructure.
