The SKY67150-396LF is a low noise amplifier that operates from 300 MHz to 2.2 GHz. It has an active bias voltage that can be regulated between 3 and 5 V, 0.23 dB noise figure at 849 MHz and a 39 dBm IP3. It is available in a 2 x 2 mm 8 pin package. The amplifier can be used for LTE, GSM, WCDMA, HSDPA macro and micro base stations, cellular repeaters and for general receiver applications.
