SKY67189-396LF Image

The SKY67189-396LF from Skyworks is a Low-Noise Amplifier that operates from 400 to 6000 MHz. It provides a gain of up to 18 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.17 dB and has an output P1dB of 19.2 dBm. This amplifier provides reverse isolation of up to 30.5 dB and includes internal active bias circuitry that provides stable performance over temperature and process variation. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 50 mA of current. The LNA is available in a miniature DFN package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for 2G/3G/4G/5G TDD & FDD systems, active antenna array & massive MIMO, receive LNA for micro-cell, macro-cell, & small-cell base stations, land mobile radios & military communications and low-noise broadband gain block & driver amplifier applications.
