The SLU-17-4W from Spacek Labs is an MMIC-based Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 40 to 60 GHz. It provides a P1dB of -4 dBm with a gain of over 17 dB and a noise figure of less than 4 dB. The device operates over a DC voltage from 8 to 11 V and consumes 50 mA of current. This LNA has an internal voltage regulator with balanced circuitry. The SLU-17-4W is available in a module with WR-19, UG383/U Mod waveguide flanges at the RF ports.
