The SP392-35-33 from Spacek Labs is a Solid-State High-Power Amplifier that operates from 38 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 33 dBm with a nominal gain of 35 dB and has a noise figure of 6 dB. This unconditionally stable amplifier has an internal voltage regulator and requires a DC supply voltage of 8 V while consuming less than 2.4 A of current. It is available in a connectorized module with removable 2.92mm K (female) coaxial connectors (waveguide I/O available) and is ideally suited for markets such as 5G. The amplifier is provided with a heat sink and an included DC fan which is removable.
