The BHE2969-200 from Stellant Systems is a Linear Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 2000 to 6000 MHz. The amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 200 W with a gain of 54 dB. It supports Multi-tone, CW, AM, FM, and SSB Pulse modulation formats. The amplifier uses the latest Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology and has a high-power density to footprint ratio. It includes internal protection from Load VSWR, overdrive, over-current, thermal overload. The SSPA has harmonics of -12 dBc and spurious levels of -60 dBc.
This highly efficient SSPA is available in a rugged, rack-mounted chassis that measures 5.25 x 19 x 22 inches with an SC-Type (female) connector at an output and an N-type (female) connector at the input. It supports an RS-422 SPI interface and also adds a digital automatic leveling loop (ALC) loop, T/R switches, dummy loads, or filters to meet specific user requirements. The amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 to 265 V and consumes 1.35 KVA of input power.
