The BME58278-100 from Stellant Systems is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 500 to 2700 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 100 Watts with a gain of over 52.5 dB and has a VSWR of 2.0:1. The module requires a supply voltage of 18 - 36 VDC and consumes under 15 A of current.
