The SA1039 from Sungsan is a Broadband Amplifier System that operates from 700 - 1000 MHz, 1800 - 2400 MHz, and 2500 - 2700 MHz. It delivers a CW output power of more than 2000 W with a gain of 64 dB. The amplifier system has spurious levels of -70 dBc and harmonics of -25 dBc. The load to this amplifier system can be a radiating antenna for generating an electric field, a coil for generating a magnetic field, a current transformer for applying an RF current, and a tool for generating light or thermal energy.
This high power amplifier system can be used in laboratories, electronics and automotive industries, research institutes, development laboratories, wireless communication and industrial, scientific and medical applications. This system can also be used for EMC Testing, material and device testing in a fully shielded chamber, RF energy applications for particle acceleration and supplying high power RF signals for magnetic field coils.
The SA1039 has a modular design which allows the output power and frequency range to be adjusted. It is available as a rack-mounted system that measures 600 x 985 x 1920 mm with 7/16 DIN (female) connectors. It has thermal overload shutdown at 65°C and includes a water-cooling system.
The amplifier requires a 3-phase AC supply of 380 V and consumes under 10 kW of power.
