TDGB010 Image

The DGB010 from Teledyne e2v Hirel Electronics is a Cascadable Broadband InGaP MMIC Amplifier that operates from DC to 10 GHz. This 50-ohm gain block is based on a mature and reliable Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT), Indium Gallium Phosphide (InGaP) process, and utilizes proprietary MMIC design techniques. It provides a P1dB of up to 16.4 dBm with a small signal gain of 18.4 dB and a noise figure of 5.5 dB.

This device features a single-power supply option and is available in a 2-pin hermetically sealed ceramic package that measures 6.6 x 3.6 mm. It is ideal for use in narrowband and broadband applications for both defense & aerospace designs, linear & saturated amplifier applications, and gain stage or driver amplifiers utilized in many applications such as point-to-point radio, test equipment, VSAT, and military.

Note: Gain blocks with 13.6 dB and 16.5 dB gain are also available on request.
