The ARJ109 from Teledyne Cougar is a cascadable low noise, power amplifier which operates from 0.5 to 200 MHz. It provides 28.5 dBm of output power with a small signal gain of 10 dB and a noise figure of less than 5.7 dB. It can be used in military, commercial and aerospace applications. The ARJ109 is available in 10 pin surface mount package and is also available in module with SMA connectors.
