The SSPA-290-310-011 from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is an ITAR-free Ka-band SSPA that operates from 29 GHz to 31 GHz. It provides a linear power up to 7.5 W with a small-signal gain from 33 dB to 53 dB and requires a supply from 10 V to 28 V. The amplifier is available in compact design, weighs 1.36 lbs and measures 5 x 3.6 x 0.96 inches. It is ideally suited for airborne or SWaP applications and todays integrated light weight Ka-Band terminals.
