The TA1148 from Triad RF Systems is a GaAs power amplifier that operates from 800 MHz to 2500 MHz. It has been designed to support any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. It has been designed to make it immune from damage due to any out of spec DC voltage conditions that may be applied. Its rugged construction guarantees fault-free operation in the most extreme environments. The amplifier has a gain of 40 dB, a P1dB of 16 W and an IP3 of 50 dBm. It has a rise/fall time of less than 1 &musec and a VSWR of 1.22:1.
