The TA1216 from Triad RF Systems is a GaN Power Amplifier Module that operates from 300 to 6000 MHz. This class AB amplifier delivers an output power of 32 watts with a gain of 45 dB. It operates over a DC supply voltage from 12 to 28 V and draws 4 A of current. The device is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format including but not limited to 3G/4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW / AM / FM. Designed for use with simple CW to high modulated signals, this PA is available in a module that measures  3.75 x 2.3 x 0.95 inches with SMA (F) connectors and an optional heatsink. The amplifier is ideal for use in software-defined radios, general-purpose RF amplification, and commercial/military radio systems.
