The TTRM2002 from Triad RF Systems is a Bi-directional Amplifier that operates from 2200 to 2500 MHz. It provides 40 dBm of saturated output power when transmitting with a gain of 25 dB. On the receive side, it provides a P1dB of 5 dBm and a gain of 15 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB.

The amplifier uses the latest GaN transistor technology to achieve high linear power with low distortion, or peak power at high efficiencies. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM.

The TTRM2002 is available in a module that measures 2.3 x 2.3 x 0.45 inches with SMP connectors and is ideal for use in Military Radio Systems, Software-Defined Radios, and General Purpose RF Amplification. It is also suitable for applications where low SWaP and portability are required.
