The Series 1500 from TSL are Pulsed S-band Amplifiers that operates from 2.3 to 3.5 GHz. They provide an output power from 10 to 5000 W and have an efficiency of up to 30%. These amplifiers have a pulse width of 10 µsec with a duty cycle of 10 %. They utilize a proprietary design to protect against excess duty cycle and pulse width along with temperature, input overdrive and reverse polarity protection. These amplifiers are ideal for broadband wireless telecommunication, and airborne active phased array radars applications.
The Series 1500 pulsed amplifiers are available in three frequency configurations (2900–3300 MHz, 2300-2500 MHz, 2700-3000 MHz). Variations on Frequency, Power, Duty Cycle, and Pulse Width, and other specification are also available. Optional heat sinks are offered on selected models.
