The VEC-115 from Vectria Technologies is a broadband amplifier that operates from 800 to 2500 MHz. This TWT replacement amplifier provides up to 1,000 Watts of pulsed power. It is based on GaN Technology and can be used in a wide range of applications including TWT replacement, Transmitters for EW/ECM, Radars, Communication links etc. This amplifier is available in a 19" 3U compliant rack mount enclosure with Ethernet control.
