WPA0409A Image

The WPA0409A is a 0.8 Watt power amplifier that operates from 470 to 960 MHz. It is ideal for VHF, UHF and fixed wireless applications. The amplifier can also be used as a driver and in RF test benches. It has a 29 dBm P1dB, 14 dB gain, VSWR of 1.8:1 and an IP3 of 43 dBm. The WPA0409A is RoHS compliant and is available in a module with Sma female connectors.
