The AM4033 from Atlanta Micro is broadband Balun that operates from 2 to 18 GHz with a 180 degree phase shift between the outputs. It can handle an input power of 27 dBm (~0.5 W), has an insertion loss of less than 6.3 dB and an isolation of 13.1 dB. This 50-Ohm balun has an amplitude balance of +/- 0.17 dB and a phase balance of 1.8 degree. It is available in a 12-pin QFN package that measures 3.1 x 3.1 x 1.2 mm and operates at temperatures ranging from – 40 to 85° C.
