The HL9402 from HYPERLABS is an RF Balun that operates from 500 kHz to 20 GHz. This balun is available in a configuration with 50 ohms input impedance and 2 x 50 ohms output impedance. It has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB, an amplitude balance of ± 0.1 dB, and a phase balance of ± 4-6° at 20 GHz. It can handle up to +30 dBm of input power, has a CMRR of more than 70 dB (at 10 MHz), and a rise time of less than 17.5 ps.
The HL9402 is available in a module that measures 57.2 x 38.1 x 14 mm with SMA (F) connectors and is suitable for use in 40 Gbps communications systems, high-speed analog-to-digital conversion, frequency response testing for differential devices, and other applications.
