The ETC1-1-13TR from MACOM is a 50 ohm, RF 1:1, transmission line transformer/balun which operates from 4.5 to 3000 MHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.32 dB, an amplitude unbalance of 1 dB and a phase unbalance of 20 degrees. It is Ideally suited for cellular and wireless applications. The ETC1-1-13TR is available in surface mount, SM-22 package with tape and reel options also available.
