The BAL-0010 from Marki Microwave is a high power, low loss Balun that operates from 200 kHz to 10 GHz (Balanced to Unbalanced Transformer). It has an insertion loss under 7.5 dB, an input 1dB compression of 37 dBm and an isolation of 8 dB. The balun has been tuned for optimal amplitude/phase balance of 6 dB and 6 degree with a VSWR of 1.75:1. It can be used in analog to digital converters, balanced receivers, baseband digital modulation and signal integrity. The BAL-0010 is available in a module with SMA connectors.
