The TMC811-1 from mmTron is an RF Balun that operates from 3 to 18 GHz. It converts a balanced signal to an unbalanced signal and vice-versa with a phase balance of 1° and an amplitude balance of 0.4 dB. This 50-ohm balun is fabricated using a high-power, high-Q GaAs process and exhibits low-loss, tight gain, phase matching, and high-power handling capabilities. It provides a common mode rejection of 35 dB and has an insertion loss of 2 dB. This RF balun is available either in a die or an air-cavity QFN package that measures 1.25 x 2.17 mm and is ideal for RF systems with balanced and unbalanced signals and high-speed digital applications.
