The LTC5564 is a fast RF Power Detector with a built in comparator that operates from 600 MHz to 15 GHz. This temperature compensated Schottky RF Peak Detector has a wide power range from -24 dBm to 16 dBm. It has an ultra fast response time of 7 ns and a 75 MHz demodulation bandwidth. The detector is available in a 16 lead 3 x 3 mm QFN package.The Detector can be used for a wide range of applications like 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.15, Optical Data Links, Wireless Data Modems, Wireless, Cable Infrastructure and many others.
