The DM0108 from Clear Microwave is an RF Matched Schottky Detector that operates from 1 to 8 GHz. It has a minimum sensitivity of 500 mV/mW and a TSS of -40 dBm. This detector can handle an input power of up to +20 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 1.2:1. It is designed to provide excellent flatness vs. frequency characteristics and requires no external bias to drive the device. The detector is based on a negative polarity design and operates over a temperature from -55°C to +85°C. It has undergone thermal shock, altitude, and vibration testing according to military standards and is available in a module with SMA-female connectors.
