The MADT-011000 from MACOM is a RF power detector that operates from 5 to 44 GHz. This single-ended, internally-matched power detector has a wide input bandwidth and high dynamic range. It has a 30 dB dynamic range and can detect signals as low as -15 dBm. The detector requires a 4.5 V supply and draws 70 uA of current, while matched detector and reference diodes provide temperature compensation in differential operation. It is available in a 3 mm 16-lead QFN package and is ESD protected for reliability and ease of handling.
