The MADT-011000-DIE from MACOM is an RF power detector that operates from 5 to 44 GHz. This single-ended, internally-matched power detector has a wide input bandwidth and high dynamic range. It has a 30 dB dynamic range and can detect signals as low as -15 dBm. The detector requires a 4.5 V supply and draws 70 uA of current, while matched detector and reference diodes provide temperature compensation in differential operation.
