The TD-30T-218-FC-HS-ROHS from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a High-Speed Threshold Detector that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It has a dynamic range from -20 dBm to +5 dBm, a response time of less than 100 ns and provides a TTL output. This detector uses an integrated solder pin to adjust the threshold level at the output. It requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current.
