The DTCP18001 from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is an RF Threshold Detector that operates from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. It has an input power range from -30 dBm to -5 dBm with a flatness of ±1.0 dB and a VSWR of less than 2:1. This detector offers an externally adjustable threshold level with a fast response time, low drift and has an insensitive threshold level in response to an applied voltage. It is available in a high-frequency CougarPak™ package that measures 0.775 × 0.575 inches.
