The TQQ1231 from TriQuint is a high performance BAW diplexer for LTE Band 1 and Band 3 uplink. It has a 60 MHz and 75 MHz bandwidth for Band 1 and Band 3 respectively, an insertion loss of 3.1 dB max and high attenuation. The filter is housed in a compact 3 x 3 mm package for base station applications.
