The TPA100-T20 from Spectrum Control is a Power-Film Chip Attenuator that operates from DC to 0.4 GHz. It has an attenuation of 20 dB with an attenuation accuracy of ±0.5 dB. This 50-Ohm can handle an average input power of 100 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.50:1. It has a beryllium oxide-based ceramic substrate, a thick film resistive element, and a tin-over-lead termination.
The TPA100-T20 is available in a chip package that measures 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.04 inches and is ideal for antennas, up/down converters, amplifier circuits, receivers, phase-matched arrays, and switching applications.
