The CCAAW Series from Spectrum Control are Cryogenic Attenuators that operate from DC to 18 GHz. They are available in attenuation levels from 0 to 20 dB with an attenuation accuracy of better than ±1 dB. The attenuator can handle up to 4 W of power and has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. It is available in a chip-scale package that measures 1.91 x 1.52 x 0.25 mm with an Alumina substrate and gold wire bondable terminals. These cryogenic attenuators can operate at temperatures as low as 4°mKelvin and up to 150°C.
