The CA0505D Series from EMC Technology & Florida RF Labs is a range of attenuators that operate from DC to 26.5 GHz and have a CVD diamond substrate. The attenuators are available with attenuation levels up to 30 dB and have a low VSWR of under 1.50:1. They can handle up to 20 W of power, 200 W of peak power and meet NASA out-gassing requirements for space applications. They are ideal for military and space applications.
