The TS03 Series from Smiths Interconnect are Chip Attenuators that operate from DC to 12.4 GHz. They are available in attenuation values from 0 to 20 dB (in 1 dB increments) and have a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. These 50-ohm attenuators can handle a CW input power of up to 2 W and a peak input power of 50 W. They are constructed on an Alumina substrate with rugged thick film terminations and passivated Tantalum Nitride resistive elements. These attenuators also include a protective coating for added protection from various environmental conditions. They are also available in high-reliability tested options to ensure mission success in demanding high-reliability applications.
The TS03 series chip attenuators are available in packages with planar, single wrap, triple wrap and wire bondable gold mounting configuration options.
