The KSL6018 from KRYTAR is a Broadband PIN-Schottky Diode Limiter that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. This PIN (positive-intrinsic-negative) diode design exhibits very low insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and has a limiting threshold of above 6 dBm. It can handle a CW power of up to 1 watt and a peak power of up to 100 watts. The KSL6018 is available in a cylindrical coaxial package with SMA female output and SMA male input connectors.
