The LW48-700118 from Linwave Technology is a 2-Stage Passive Limiter that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. The device can handle over 5 W of input power with a flat leakage of less than 18 dBm. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and features an integrated DC block on both the input and output side. This limiter is available in a 16-lead QFN package that measures 3 x 3 x 1.25 mm and is ideal for LNA receiver chain protection, and radar receiver protection applications. It is also available with an integrated LNAs in a 5 x 5 mm package (LW48-700117).
