The RFLM-102202QX-290 from RFuW Engineering is a surface mount silicon PIN Diode Limiter module that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. This module provides passive receiver protection (always on) against High Average Power up to 100 W, High Peak Power up to 1kW pulsed while maintaining a low flat leakage of less than 17 dBm, and Spike Leakage of less than 0.5 ergs.
