The RFLM-200802MA-299 from RFuW Engineering is a Two Stage Passive Limiter module that operates from 20 MHz to 8 GHz. This module provides passive receiver protection (always on) against average powers of up to 45 dBm and peak powers of up to 51 dBm pulsed (pulse width = 1 usec, duty cycle = 0.1%), while maintaining a low flat leakage of less than 20 dBm, and reduced Spike Leakage of less than 0.2 ergs. It has excellent thermal characteristics and is available in a surface mount package that measures 8 x 5 x 2.5 mm package.
