The RFLM-202802QX-290 from RFuW Engineering is a Two Stage Quasi-Active Limiter module that operates from 2 to 8 GHz. This module provides passive receiver protection (always on) against average powers of up to 50 dBm and peak powers of up to 60 dBm pulsed, while maintaining a low flat leakage of less than 17 dBm, and reduced Spike Leakage of less than 0.5 ergs. It has excellent thermal characteristics and is available in a surface mount package that measures 8 x 5 x 2.5 mm package.
