The RFLM-961122MC-299 from RFuW Engineering is a Silicon PIN Diode Limiter module for Aeronautical Radio Navigation Service (ARNS)/Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Applications. The limiter operates from 960 to 1215 MHz and provides exceptional “Always On” high-power receiver protection against input RF power up to 48 dBm CW and RF peak power levels up to 60 dBm (1 uSec pulse width @ 1.0% duty cycle) with an insertion loss of under 0.3 dB and exceptionally low flat leakage of below 21 dBm. The RFLM-961122MC-299 offers excellent thermal characteristics in a compact, low profile 8 x 5 x 2.5 mm surface mount package. The Limiter Module carries a Class 1C ESD rating (HBM) and an MSL 1 moisture rating.
