ADL5801 Image

The ADL5801 is a double balanced active mixer that operates from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. It is integrated with LO buffer amplifier to provide high dynamic range frequency conversion and has a proprietary linearization architecture. It features adaptive bias that allows that part to provide high input IP3 performance against large blocking signals and can automatically bias down to provide low noise figure and low power consumption. The device is available in a compact 4 x 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP package. The mixer can be used in cellular base station receivers, radio link down-convertors and in broadband block conversion applications.
