LTC5576 Image

The LTC5576 is an active up-converting mixer from Analog Devices that can provide an RF frequency from 3 GHz to 8 GHz. It is ideal for upconverting applications requiring wide input bandwidth, low distortion and low LO leakage, such as wideband transmitters, 4G & 5G wireless infrastructure, fixed wireless access equipment and wire repeaters. Powered with a single 5V or 3.3V supply it draws 99 mA of current, making it one of the lowest powered mixers in its class. The LO input port is single-ended and requires 0 dBm to achieve excellent noise figure of 14.1 dB at 5.8 GHz and offers low LO leakage. The mixer is available in 16-lead QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm.
